कति पर्यो त सानिमा जनरल इन्सुरेन्सको आइपीओमा आवेदन ?

  Sanima General Insurance Limited has closed the issue of 30,00,000 units of Initial Public Offering to the general public ,Application worth Rs 1.90 billion has been received for the IPO of Sanima General Insurance. According to CDS, 8 lakh 83 thousand 624 people have applied for 19 million 12 thousand 340 lots till 5 pm on Sunday. 

This is 6.94 times more applications based on the total 2.73 million lots opened for sale to the public. However, with the final figures yet to come, it could be above normal. Today is the last day to file an IPO. 


The company has sold 3 million IPOs worth Rs 300 million at a face value of Rs 100 from September 8. Out of the total 3 million shares, 4% or 120,000 shares were allocated for the employees of the company. Similarly, 5% or 150,000 lots were reserved for mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 2.7 million lots. 
 
The IPO has been given the rating of Care NPBB Plus by Care Rating Nepal. At present, the paid up capital of this company is Rs. 700 million. After the IPO, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 1 billion. There is a provision that the minimum paid-up capital of non-life insurance companies should be Rs 1 billion.
